Established in March 1994, HAINAN KADAYA BOAT MANUFACTURING CO., LTD is a Sino-Japan joint venture approved by Hainan Economy and Cooperation Bureau and registered at Hainan Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau.

Since the establishment, we continuously introduce the manufacturing technique, product drawing, moulds, and relevant process equipment and quality management for the FRP boats of YAMAHA MOTOR CO., LTD. With our great efforts over these years, KADAYA gradually grows into a company with strong capability. We have developed a systematic management mechanism covering manufacturing and planning, manufacturing technology supervision, product quality insurance, finished product sales, component supply and after sales services. We acquired the certification for the plants of building and repairing fishery ships issued by The State Bureau of Fishing Vessel Inspection in August 2001. We also acquired the CCS certification in July 2003. KADAYA is the first FRP boat manufacturing company which acquires the CCS certification in China.

Over so many years, we specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of high-speed craft. In addition to the advanced technologies and moulds of YAMAHA MOTOR CO., LTD., we take the complex local sea situation into consideration to manufacture a great number of high speed crafts in different models which fit into the requirements of the local market. In the main scenic spots in the
Sanya resort, you can see our products sailing on sea. Currently, KADAYA support an annual output of 200 personnel boats, pleasure boats, work boats, and high-speed crafts in different dimensions. Our products are sold all over China.

KADAYA is also the distributor and maintenance station of YAMAHA MOTOR CO., LTD. in China for gasoline outboard motors, diesel motors and wave? runner. With its headquarters in Haikou, KADAYA has maintenance station in Hainan Sanya, Hubei Wuhan, Jiangsu Changzhou, Guangxi Beihai, and Henan Zhengzhou, which forms a nation-wide sales and afer sales service networks.
